HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR US TO SELL SUCH HIGH END PROPERTY
AT SUCH LOW PRICES?? WHAT IS THE STORY OF CROWN POINT?
Sitting between 4200’ and 4700’ feet above sea level lies this hidden jewel of the high country, Crown Point is a completely finished exclusive gated community just minutes from highly desirable West Jefferson and Boone, North Carolina. Crown Point is easy to get to and soars above the surrounding terrain with panoramic views in every direction. This is the type of property that most people only dream of; which was the case for most people at Crown Point – UNTIL NOW!
The original developers of Crown Point began selling these highly desirable estate lots at an amazing pace despite the entry level lot pricing which began at $99,000 and went to well over one million dollars per site! After their initial success of selling the first phase the original developers were unable to meet the financial burdens during the economic slowdown and the remaining properties in the new phases went into foreclosure and became the property of the bank. Using our bulk buying power and good relationship with the bank, we were able to successfully negotiate a deal to purchase all of the remaining properties at a great price and on October 22nd these new properties will be offered for the FIRST time at amazingly low prices starting at only $29,900! This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to secure the property of your dreams while at the same time feeling extremely confident in the investment side of your purchase. The first opportunity to purchase will be 10 A.M. on Saturday, October 22nd on a first come, first served basis by appointment. There is no time limit to build on your property and the bank is offering special financing for this event only. Call one of our friendly sales professional at Waterfront Group for more information and to reserve your appointment for this event!

About the Area
West Jefferson
West Jefferson, North Carolina, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains in the northwestern region of the state has long been known as the “Lost Province” because of its rugged terrain, majestic mountains and quiet peaceful retreats. Seemingly a world apart but just minutes away, West Jefferson NC is 45 miles west of Interstate-77 and 25 minutes north of Boone.
At an elevation of 3,200 feet, surrounded by Fraser Fir and pine forests, our climate offers relief from the hot summers, with temperatures ranging from the high 70′s to the low 80′s; and winters are surprisingly mild, in the mid 40′s to 50 degrees.
We may be best known for our arts district which is located in the middle of a beautiful historic downtown. It is the site of 15 murals that create a walking tour through the hometown of West Jefferson. The murals are designed and painted by of local artists and others in the state reflecting the area’s history and unique mountain character.
The downtown streets of West Jefferson are brimming with diverse locally owned shops and art galleries. Shoppers will be able to find something unique and special for everyone on their list.
Located within walking distance of all the shops is the Ashe County Farmers
Market. Located on the Backstreet in downtown, the market is open twice-weekly during the summer months and again during the holiday season. Only handmade and homegrown products are sold at the Farmers Market.
The Ashe County Cheese Store is always a big attraction. Established in 1930, this cheese company is the oldest cheese plant in the Carolina’s and offers visitors a chance to watch cheese being made, as well as select their favorite cheeses from the onsite gift shop. It has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in North Carolina. You can visit year round from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
Nearby West Jefferson is the New River, one of the area’s natural wonders. The New River is the second oldest river in the world and was designated an American Heritage River by President Bill Clinton in 1998. Because of shallow, gentle waters, the New River is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, fly fishing and tubing.
West Jefferson is also a very short drive to the exquisite, luminous life-size Blue Ridge Frescoes created by world-famous fresco artist Benjamin F. Long IV. Of the nine frescoes located on the Blue Ridge Trail, four frescoes are right here! Mary Great with Child, John the Baptist, and Mystery of Faith, are located in St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, West Jefferson NC and The Last Supper, is in Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Glendale Springs.
West Jefferson Arts
The Ashe Arts Center is home to The Gallery Shop, changing visual art exhibits, concerts, and houses the offices of the Ashe County Arts Council. The Ashe County Civic Center is home to the Ashe County Little Theater and is also the home for many cultural events and productions as well.
Boone, NC
Through the years Boone, North Carolina has become the hub of commerce in the North Carolina High Country area offering virtually everything a resident or visitor can desire.
Still today, the main street of downtown Boone, King Street, still possesses the nostalgic feel of the early days. Private businesses, restaurants, shops and boutiquesline downtown Boone NC and give it an old time air, while the architectural buildings of Appalachian State University serve as a modern backdrop for this vibrant mountain town.
Another modern convenience utilized and appreciated by the local community is the Appalachian Regional Healthcare System, the healthcare Mecca providing comprehensive services for the surrounding communities. Linking patients with the care they need in the community gives a sense of safety in the town.
The Town of Boone’s history began in the early 1800′s and all that existed was a dirt road. When a post office entered town, more and more stores and homes were built. Remaining a small town for over 100 years, the foundation of Appalachian State University as a four-year institution in the 1950′s and 60′s, created an opportunity for the town to grow in not only diversity, but in breadth of entertainment as well. Drawing students from all over the world, Appalachian State University has helped the town of Boone grow into a diverse sanctuary for thrill seekers and adventure lovers of all ages.
Blowing Rock, NC
The beauty of Blowing Rock is the dichotomy between the elegant and the down-home. The affluent traveler may find pleasure in the abundance of fine dining and shopping the area has to offer, but walk just fifteen steps and they’ll find the opposite end of the spectrum – quintessential, good, honest, down home, small town charm. They can find it everywhere – from the wait staff and diners at the fifteen table “everything” restaurant on Main Street, to the hikers en route the trail to Little Lost Cove.
Downtown Blowing Rock is about as “Norman Rockwell quaint” as it gets. Children are free to roam in a safe and clean park, while their mothers can shop for antiques and designer clothes, and their fathers can sneak off to Kilwin’s Ice Cream Parlor for a free sample of fudge. A military band plays after the downtown Fourth of July parade every year. Winterfest in January brings ice-carvers and dog-sledders. Mitford Days in September celebrates Blowing Rock’s inspiration for Jan Karon’s book series. Year-round, a bubble machine from the Martin House pours soapy goodness into the air, surrounding you as you stroll. Knight’s on Main has fried oysters every Friday (just try and fight the locals for a table). Canyons Restaurant even heats their building with recycled fryer oil, for crying out loud! This is clean livin’.
Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway
One of the favorite sections of the Blue Ridge Parkway. . .the North Carolina High Country. This area features some of the most photographed, most visited parts of the Parkway including Linn Cove Viaduct, Moses Cone Manor, Doughton Park, Linville Falls and many, many, other picturesque, historic spots.
Just off the Parkway is famous Grandfather Mountain. Take in spectacular views from this 5,946 foot mountain peak. This beautiful state park offers hiking trails, a mile high swinging bridge connecting the two peaks of the mountain and wildlife viewing from otters to bears to eagles.
